Cancellations are not currently allowed, due to the high volume of orders and processing time. We can fix any error on your order such as sizing or if you want to switch an item.

*IF order gets "returned to sender" buyer has to pay for extra shipping to re-send the package. or there is 10% restocking fee mius the shipping fee.

*If you have any issues or questions with your order, there is a 5 day courtesy that it needs to be brought to our attention.

 

 

RETURNS:

Peachywixboutique does not accept returns but we can allow EXCHANGES on most items. Buyer does have to pay shipping fees. If you have any questions at all, just email us shoppeachywix@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you and make it right. Must be brought to our attention within 15 days of receiving the item. There is a 10% restocking fee applied.

Policy :

  • How long after my order is placed should I allow for my order to be shipped?

Answer: Most items typically process within 4 business but please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Then anywhere from 7-14 more days or 15-35 more days depending on the items ordered. Time frames are in description of each item. Keep in mind orders placed during sales or holidays may take a couple extra days. We appreciate your support and patience.

 

  • Lost or Stolen Packages?

Answer: Peachywixboutique highly recommends getting in touch with your local post office. All claims must be filed with the courier, or taken up with your local postal service authority.
Please double check that you have entered in the correct shipping address, as Peachy Wix Boutique will not be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong mailing address. 

 

  • I have received only part of my order. Where are the other items?

Answer: We are a small team and use multiple manufactures, so some items might arrive earlier than others. Items may also ship separately depending on stock, and availability at the time of your order. 

 

  • My tracking states delivered but I haven't received anything.

Answer: On occasion a parcel will be marked as delivered by the shipping courier in advance. If you received a delivery notice please contact a family member who was home at the time or your local USPS.

 

 

INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW:

What to do?

Answer: USPS updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day.
If the parcel does not show up (extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. Peachy Wix Boutique cannot reimburse orders that were mis delivered by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding!
