FAQ:

When will my order be shipped?

Answer: All orders can take 4-7 business days to process. After that your order is in the fulfillment process and varies on the items ordered. Please check the description of each item for their time frames. As of now, it is usually 2-5 weeks for all items.

Will I receive tracking number?

Answer: Yes, all orders come with tracked shipment via USPS and will be automatically sent through email. Please make sure the correct email address is on file. Check spam folder if needed.

What is the return policy?

Answer: We do not accept full returns, but can exchange for most items. (please email us) Must be emailed within 15 days of receiving the item.
If your order gets "sent back to sender" there is a 10% restocking fee deducted. Minus the shipping fee as well.

Can I cancel my order? 

Answer: Cancellations are not currently allowed, due to the high volume of orders and processing time. We can fix any error on your order such as sizing or if you want to switch an item,
